  • Yes, we exclusively offer delivery for all of our items.  This ensures that your orders arrive directly at the doorstep with the utmost convenience and efficiency.  We are committed to providing a seamless delivery experience for our customers.  If you have questions about our delivery process or need assistance with your order, please feel free to contact our customer support team.  

  • Renting a yard game or customized yard greeting is straightforward. You can browse our selection online, choose your favorites, and book directly through our website. We'll ask for the date of your event, the duration of the rental, and the location for setup. A deposit is typically required to secure your reservation for yard games. We handle the delivery, setup, and takedown of everything that we deliver to ensure it’s properly installed and safe for use. We recommend booking at least a few weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons, to ensure the availability of your chosen items.  

  • Yes, a deposit is required for all rented items.  The deposit acts as a security measure to ensure the safe return and proper care of the rented items.  The deposit amount varies depending on the items rented and will be refunded upon the return of the items in good condition.  For more details on deposit amounts and our rental policies, please refer to our rental terms or contact our customer service team.  

  • No, customers cannot move delivered items from the delivery location.  If the items are moved to a different location, a $250.00 relocation fee will be assessed.
